If there is anything obsolete about this ship it would come down to something to do with the engines, a needlessly high acoustic or radar signature or somethning else to do with a fundamentally suboptimal hull design.

More the singular point of failure that requires an enormous support structure, deck crew, and specialty maintenance/parts.

You don't need an aircraft carrier to transport helicopters along your coastline. You need it to project long range fighter bombers outside the range of your airfields.

Indonesia isn't in the business of power projection at that scale. Not unless they're trying to bomb Japan or Australia, which I certainly hope they wouldn't be crazy enough to try.

After that, it's just a boat-shaped hole in your defense budget.
