While I have no doubt that the Amish consume animal products to the greatest extent possible, it's doubtful that they eat significant amounts of meat, if for no other reason than that staple crops and vegetables are a more consistent and inexpensive way to feed a community.

They might get a cow once or twice a year and a chicken here and there, nowhere near the amount the average American would expect to eat or is depicted on this chart. It might be a bit of an event for them.
