if i squint i can kind of imagine what you mean but the proposition of these being easy to hide /hard to target is in contradiction with use as a rapid weapon, if these are moving fast enough to make mining/demining the slower option, they're going to be conspicuous (i expect that's why they're using the word swarm) and take heavy losses---while being much more expensive and harder to deploy than mines.
like if you solve the logisitics of bringing 100s of these things for your breakthrough and can keep up with losing a heap for every armored vehicle you take out--sure. but that's where the grift comes back to bite.
