continued this for a very long time. They used bots for this and mass created thousands of accounts that they held on ice to use later, it was a real moderation pain. It was possibly the most persistent wrecker campaign I've seen against any site, ever. So they get some points of respect from me purely for that. It went on for so long.

I had to look this up to see the tagline.

I spent many sleepless nights manually banning accounts as they flooded in. I watched the user list set to new and if I saw multiple accounts with the same name I was banning them, refreshing and banning again.

I spent a week doing this while my friend created the auto mod Pavilchenko.

Kerryposters did a huge number to my mental health and the hatred I got for misgendering someone a couple of times before someone pointed out my mistake probably kept me in the closet for a year longer.

I just stopped using Chapo.chat for a couple of years after I stepped away from an admin position.
