    Tanks property value, quiet enjoyment of said property, raises utility bills, feeds the water crisis, fucks our ability to build our own computers on a budget. All under NDAs with local government. Whats not to love?

    i'm not arguing that there are no reasons to dislike ai data centres, like dickfingers and israel and ai and windows and big tech there are plenty of reasons to dislike things

    I'm arguing you guys are as boring as a nuns cunt, you seem to consolidate around whatever the left wing progressives are virtue signalling this month and spam the absolute shit out of this place while jorking it

    Or... hear me out... maybe people with similar political views tend to agree on certain topics and find meaningful connection by anonymously musing about it with strangers online...

    Not everything has to be some deeply orchestrated conspiracy.

    maybe people with similar political views tend to agree on certain topics

    For people those people treating politics as a team sport and uncondtionally cheering for everything their team does, all while not actually having any independent views and opinions beyond the latest narratives their favorite talking heads are spreading that day, this must feel like a completely alien concept.
