Nothing will load past the first page when viewing the front page by 'New' (lemmy.ca)

I just noticed that nothing on my front page loads past the first page if I'm viewing by 'New'. Clicking 'Next' at the bottom of the page just sends me to a screen with grey boxes with loading animations where the image and text should go. It doesn't seem to matter what 'sort type' I'm using either.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Edit: As of 2026.09.28, nothing loads past the first page on any view and sort type. Slacking off during work just got a little bit harder!

It was the website via Firefox. Sorry, I didn't check with another browser because I wasn't logged in with any other one at the time. I don't see the same issue with the app, Thunder, on my phone.

I'll double check with different browsers later tonight and force refresh the page too then report back. Thank you for responding!

    I force refreshed the page; cleared the cache; and opened it in Firefox, Ungoogled Chromium, and Vanadiaum (mobile) and nothing seemed to fix it. Only on Firefox I was greeted with :

    504 Gateway Time-out nginx
