To be fair to desert bloomers, deserts tend to spread and are very hostile to human life and consequently human activity in said desert.

    Real Desert Bloomers know your goal is actually to contain the desert's spread and establish healthy buffer ecosystems between the desert and the not-desert.

    You gotta put bowling alley bumpers up around the desert or the whole thing will slowly march away into the ocean.

    Can we bloom a little desert? as a treat?

    Tell ya what, we can turn a similar amount of land into a desert. I think these coordinates are a good option: 35°18'29.7"S 149°07'28.8"E
