I want to know what the fuck is up with their proportions to have the person on the left have their belt line nearly up to the other person's chest while simultaneously not seemingc to have nearly long enough of a torso to match the implied leg length

Short but normally proportioned Israeli standing on a chair next to an famously unusually proportioned pile of moldy gammon.

Here he is standing next to a normally proportioned guy. Glinner has a massive and entirely empty noggin. Apparently if you stand next to him outside, you can hear the wind whistling around in his skull.
