Edit : Yes there are workarounds using Revanced. Check the comments for some awesome help on how to do this if you wish! Just know, in the future it will most likely end up being patched annoyingly and I therefore recommend looking forward to the future with us here.

I'm gonna miss RIF. Such a good app. Would be awesome if they would do a Lemmy version.

Same, been using rif ever since shortly after it launched. I loved how simple it was.

RIF was my app of choice since my first smartphone in 2011. FWIW, mine is still working at the moment so long as I don't try to log in to my account .
