Yeah absolutely, and the more proof of what we know that we can gather, the less manoeuvring they can do to get around it. Corruption can't exist blatantly or they wouldn't invest so much in propaganda. It's certainly does exist blatantly, but then it's about a power struggle. Ultimately they need 'us' (collectively not individually) to engage to a degree, to say the benefits outweigh the costs.
