    Love when you guys make sweeping generalizations & assumptions. Yeah, a good number of Democratic voters fit your profile, but there's another significant number (including yours truly) who've only voted for them for lack of choice, and in an attempt to keep the even worse candidate from winning. Just because we have no choice doesn't mean we actually want who we wind up having to vote for.

    I'm well aware, and agree the mainstream Dems of today are effectively right-wing without quite so much totalitarianism, but there's a growing number of progressives who have been making quite a few waves this year. I imagine you'd call them centrists at best, but we gotta start the rebound somewhere.

    How many people voted for Gavin Newsom and Andrew Cuomo? How many Americans supported Israel for decades? How many believed the Clintons about "Superpredators". How many bought into the notion that Medicare for All is economy-destroying, but Iraq/Afghanistan was a fight for freedom?

    How many people still think The Russians and The Chinese are secretly behind every American candidate they don't like?
