These dinky little things are hilariously cheap, last years on end, spit out so much light for so little energy, etc.

The US finally allowed adaptive headlight tech like the Euros have had for a decade, but sounds like it is only marginally better for most new cars.

    Another thing that would make the problem better would be if the US had fewer vehicles with their lights mounted four feet off the ground.
