Google family link is for parents to have oversight on youth's phones. I have that set up for both my kids, and any unwanted apps that are downloaded I block. You can also set screen time limits for health use.

I take it you're a kid and your parents are threatening to lock down your phone or something? Good, you don't know what's good for you, but parents do. Maybe listen to them. They want what's best for you!
