There are only so many people close enough to have taken that picture. If the picture gets released, it can probably reveal who took it.

Plus, I imagine that she is not in the most photogenic position back there. While Lemmings are all eager to see her embarrassed, a reputable news organization doesn't need to publish that in order to get their point across.
