My genuine human critique would be that lips are usually not skin colored. Although maybe that is just the right choice for whatever style you're going for.
I never color the lips. It's strange in an anime artstyle, since I go for anime model, but with blender cycle realism
The effect looks more penetrable sex toy than anime imo.
I mean the model is anime style, texturing is realistic.
