    A lot of trotsky stuff is translated from other languages, but he used "removed" in English speaking English to English speakers (Or at least I think so. I'm like 70% sure).
    He specifically contrasts his views with other Trotskyists who think that the Soviet Union used to be a worker's state, but is no more since the bureaucrats constitute a new class, and the idea of AES never having actually been socialism at all (Which is the crux of the "Deformed worker's state" as opposed to the "removedd" worker's state as I understand it. One made it to socialism but something "Went wrong" while the other was never truly a socialist state)
