And what part of that is impersonating? He signed up for a block reserved for someone else. Flock cancelled it. The hotel finished processing the refund request because they shouldn't have allowed him the room in the first place.

    No, he explicitly got his own room. It's in the thread and you've been told this directly, so you no longer have any excuse for misunderstanding.

    He personally registered for a room under the block. Then flock said, cancel his room, he's not with us and allowed in the block. The hotel complied.

    Where is the impersonation or crime?

    Oh! I don't care about the impersonation claim. They did cancel his room that wasn't under their block by claiming that it was (that's why they withheld the refund). But yeah, don't think it was impersonation, just corpo "we've got all the cards" bullshit.

    Cool story. Has nothing to do what what I originally said about the propaganda though and not in line with the actually folks doubling down but cool.
