yes this is true. I think the soda is probably a profit but less than standard restaurant markups and nowhere near enough to cover the cost of running the food court (making it functionally also a loss)

also I'd imagine the chicken bake is upcycling the rotisserie chickens into less loss than if they were sold as rotisserie (and certainly more than if they threw them out)
