Idk why I find this more funny than the actual story
I gave the director of the last church band I was a part of a bit of an existential crisis when I told him I was pagan.
I rarely meet people from my Christian days, but if I mentioned I'm pagan myself, I fear it could cause them all to mobilize to "save me".
That and the fact it'd probably give my mom a heart attack, she has tough enough time to process just the fact I'm not Christian anymore.
