Because it's a dirt bike and that's the sort of thing it's built for, also the range is limited and I already have better suited motorbikes for general road use. My current dirt bike is getting on a bit and I think the electric bikes have good potential for tight technical stuff where you're normally in first or second and on the clutch a lot anyway.

I did mean single track not double track, as in literally a single track through the bush (or pines as more likely for me). I do however also like dirt tracks which have been abandoned for long enough to overgrow which is probably more like what you're thinking re. double track.
