Also the designer thought up to 50% of New Yorkers would ride it... Because he is unaware that most adults have no interest in riding 100 foot drop coasters

90 degrees is the steepest possible drop. (And lots of coasters have that.) Anything beyond that actually becomes less steep.

If you had an inverted vertical loop that was taken upside down, would that then be a 360 degree 'drop'?
