It was at some point, I worked at jobs that didn't give a shit if you disappeared for 15-30 minutes every hour, as long as you got your shit done. Everyone wants to knock on small office jobs. The Office TV show is was a great example. Half the time it's people doing enough to keep the company running. The other half was dumb shit. Nobody was tracking your piss times or micromanaging how many M&Ms you ate.
