How about this? Is this a bike-free road, as in Alkoholfrei? Or free for bikes to ride on? That's why text doesn't belong on road signs. Mostly.

(Yes, I've since learned that it's the latter: -frei in a compound word and frei as an adjective are different but you can't tell if that's meant to be a space because it's a bloody pictogram and 4 letters.)
