We all know OP didn't fold his boxes at all and just stuffed them in there, blocking up the system. Every time the lady wanted to use the paper container it would be blocked and she would have to reach in there and remove all of his shit. Then properly collapse the boxes and put them back. OP has also been told multiple times to fix his shit and there is a sign above the paper container as well.
The exact same thing happened where I work. Some idiot would just stuff an unfolded box in the paper container and would block it for everyone.

You and me both know that people like the old lady in the post exist. I'd also assume that someone who collects compost separately from restmüll will probably fold their boxes in a rational manner.
I know far many assholes like OP that think all the rules are for other people to follow and if they don't want to do something in a collective environment, they shouldn't have to. I hope he is moving out. Good riddance on the behalf of all the other residents.
If you think that people exist that DIRECTLY run to a lawyer over cardboard boxes you also believe in the existence of Nigerian princes making you a millionaire for just a few bucks.

My grandmother tried to sue a neighbor over leaves falling from the neighbor's tree.
Your grandma might have had a chance in court depending on the exact situation.
If there are tree branches growing over her property, then most of the time the neighbor is forced to cut them after is is notified about it.
If its just a few leaves getting blown over by the wind then chances are rather slim, but its still possible she would win. Depends on your jurisdiction, here it has to be a severe impairment of her ability to use the property.
It was leaves from the opposite property line blowing in the wind.
Multiple times a day she would be yelling at my grandfather to go pick them up off the lawn (which was perfectly flat and devoid of anything living except super small grass) and would often go out to the porch just to complain, loudly, about how SHE has to do all this work to "get things presentable"

Yeah, I absolutely cannot relate to the nice grandmother stereotype that baked cookies and always asks if you're getting enough food. I got the crabby irritable bitch who makes comments about your weight as an 8 year old, complains about everything to everyone, and never heard anyone compliment until her funeral.
She once complained about someone leaving shoes on their child in the house. The child in question was about 8 months old and not even walking yet.
Oh, so your grandmother didn't DIRECTLY go to a lawyer, there were some (albeit awful) interactions first? Funny, it's almost as if that was exactly what I wrote.
I didn't say there aren't shitty people suing others over the dumbest things, I just pointed out one of the many holes in the story OP posted.
If you think loudly complaining outside while the people whose property you're complaining about are inside or not home is actually adressing it in any way, then I guess we have nothing more to discuss.

I think I used to live next door to her. We had an enormous sugar maple in the front yard, the tallest tree for blocks around. It was also the first to turn color in the fall, a magnificent bright magenta. I could see it from a quarter a mile away.
Because it was the first to turn, it was also the first to drop its leaves, and leave its hot pink evidence all over the street, especially in my elderly next door neighbor's yard, and she did NOT appreciate it. Every time I saw her, she ordered me to cut it down, and I would tell her gently that I would never cut down that incredible tree.
She never tried to sue me, though.
It outlived her. The tree won.
Of course they exist. How probable is it to meet one vis-a-vis? Quite low. How probable is it too read about a third party encounter on a large social media platform?
How probable is it that the story that OOP told is a lie and there were interactions before?
From his own weasel-wordy description OOP was regularly blocking the shared paper bin of an apartment building. How probable is it that no other neighbor complained before the alleged letter?
How probable is it that OOP is lying to make him appear as some poor victim?

Because you decided OOP, who did not include the alleged letter and showed qite a bit of other peculiarities in his post, was telling the absolute truth and you'll die on that hill. Yup, then it makes sense to think it's very likely that some old lady, that may or may not exist, is definitely delulu and of course she found a lawyer that shares her deluluness and writes an Abmahnung. Totally more likely: There dozens of nutty old lady siccing their lawyers over shits and giggles; whereas arseholes stuffing their Amazon boxes in bins as is barely exist, you rather see a bigfoot walking down the street. Dudes lying about their shitty behaviour on reddit? Shhssh, that never happens.
Until recently I was always frustrated with the waste situation in the houses I lived in but the usual suspects also didn't bother with biomüll. I know, it's not much to go by.

Or we can both die on the „Müll-Nazi hill“. Will not really - in my situation the worst offenders were people not even living in our house.
E.g. “free newspaper” guy dumped stacks of them in our trash. Not in the paper bin mind you, in the plastics bin. Which led to the plastics bin being too heavy and therefore being rejected by the conveyor service. So we, the tenants, had to dig out the plastics can (yuck) and throw the stacks in the proper bin. On top of that the plastic can was full, so there was nowhere to put our plastics for a week. On top of that we were fined for mis-filling the bin.
tl;dr: fucking with the trash is just fucking with other people’s money and time.
Ah yes, we all "know", because the terrible neighbour bogeyman in our heads must be real, how could it not? /s
