Weber 22" Kettle. I've smoked briskets and ribs and grilled any kind of meat and veg you'd want to grill for a lot of people. You need to manage where you're putting things if you're cooking a lot, but I have an aftermarket raised upper platform that adds more space. You just need to learn how to manage charcoal, just read up on proper grilling.
Their smaller charcoal grills are also very good and more affordable. I have a portable Weber propane grill for camping and aux cooking capacity that is really handy too.
If I had the money to get a second charcoal grill I'd get the Pit Barrel Cooker, look it up.
Whatever you get, just keep in mind the difference between direct and indirect heat, you need both at different times. Also, never use a wire brush to clean the grate. Get a brass scraper or something that doesn't potentially wedge steel wire in your throat.
