So you're trying to say that the frog may have been named after the comic book character then?
I'm saying you smell bad.
Lmao.
For anyone who actually cares, Wolverine the comic book character was first written in 1974. This frog was first discovered in the early 1900s, but it's skin-piecing bone claw mechanism wasn't discovered until 2008. It's nickname of "wolverine frog" is 100%, definitively, objectively, named after the comic book character, and not the other way around.
