The modern day police have consistently and nationally shown the cowardly petty asshole persona that is drawn to the position - reform may not be able to correct this. A new organization may have to emerge from the ashes as the current one becomes a story one tells their children to frame unbecoming behavior and folly so they may avoid becoming a poor behaving human - we will see how this all turns out....
