I replayed the remake on Switch and the fast forward function is a better feature than all the other things they've changed in the remake.
I haven't played it yet but iirc it has a system where you units are always balanced for the map? As someone that loves trpgs I've always wished there was a little more advance wars in my fire emblem, so it sounds appealing at least in theory
Oh, snap, that sound great.
Would have made a world of difference for me, and I guess loads of kids in the 90's.
