I hate sports and the olympics for that very simple purpose. The only times I gave a fuck about FIFA was in 1998 and 2010. 1998 because I was literally in Paris when France was winning (have you ever walked in the streets of Paris and were 100% alone? Yeah, it is a bizarre feeling) and in 2010 because I was learning German and all the meetup groups at the time wanted to watch the games.
