I'm an engineer and all my coworkers got laptop "upgrades" at work. They've all had similar experiences. Everything is just slower on them.

For some reason I wasn't included in the same round of upgrades, and I'm happy for it.

Indeed. I really didn't like Windows 10, but this is ridiculous :-(
