My pc doesnt have a webcam you freaks.
No worries. Just send a photo of your passport, a bank statement proving your residence, and your telephone number that is connected to your personal identity by law (which it is in almost every country now).
We are not fighting hard enough.
They won't accept that. They want RTV of those docs, including biometrics of your face.
