As a fitness influencer: Ok chat, it's really important that when failing to bench press 135 lbs you should kick your legs. Also remember to always have limp wrists when doing free weights.
Does the man only use curl machines? He clearly does some kind of workouts but the clip make it look like he doesn't know how to hold dumbbells.
From what I read he was doing a lot of reps until failure and the video shows the last attempts, but he still loses form very quickly when he starts every exercise
He mostly does keg stands, stein curls and one-way burpees over the toilet bowl.
