MODERATORS
It's very unlikely that a local kink community is going to be open to race play. In my experience going too hard into any real world power dynamic is something that most communities ask you to keep behind closed doors. They might have events that are specifically for it, but probably not.
At the very least, they maybe could explain this in a way that OP might grasp more comfortably? Dunno. Worth looking into, I feel.
