Take the bottom row except the cryptofascist and the ultra liberal from top row.

Cuno: natural street agitator and extremely committed once onboarded.
Shop worker: honestly don't remember much about her but she speaks to people constantly and hits a particular age demo.
Egg head music guy: brings the revolutionary beats to the action and will lead chants.
Old head: will enforce communist discipline.
Ultra liberal: when you strip away the ultra liberalism and replace it with communism you get someone rich and connected. Use that to fund your organization and give it a face in certain circles. She will also patiently explain communism to everyone same as she explains liberalism from a materialist angle.

Bold talkers with econ degrees already make up much of political parties.

I mean if we take it at face value that Joyce is committed to communism, I’d argue that she wouldn’t just create bourgeois parties since that would be counterproductive. But we’re talking about some made up thing so yeah you have a good point.

I just don't think it's realistic for Joyce to become a commie.

Maybe if the revolution had succeeded in the first place, she'd be some party official.
