I understand how pharmacies can't sell otc painkillers and yet gas stations get synthetic kratom. Only in the USA. (thelemmy.club)

Supposedly a lot of the new stuff out are synthetics designed to mimic the active ingredients of kratom and a lot more potent than just taking capsules of the processed plant.

    Got a link(not to stores, like academic/journalistic reporting of what compounds) for what analogues are being sold?, I know most of these pills are synthetic 7-OH-MIT but that is the primary active component of natural Kratom
