But it offers "skip to highlight" now, so you're not limited to only 30 seconds. If you're trying to fix something, sometimes you need more context rather than just a screwdriver unscrewing something and not explaining shit.

In 15 years YouTube will have a whole new set of policies to make portrait videos suck, and everyone will start using diagonal videos.
