I have been similar to you, but was hooked on vaping before cigs. I just hopped off zyn / velo and it was surprisingly the easiest time I've quit.

I went from 2 cans of velo a week to cold turkey much easier than it was to get off vapes. I'm about a week in and it does suck because I'm always thinking about it, but it doesn't ITCH like it did with vapes.
