I was looking at some random streetview addresses today and have a serious question.
Who put a pole there?
Must be the work experience town planner.
Must be the same company that made the Corner Hotel
A genius who knew someday that's gonna be used as a wicket by the kids in the street.
That would be a good option. Especially as it probably dates back to the days before everyone was issued a wheelie bin.
I reckon the pole was there first then they put a suburb there.
I've had a look at a few other courts in the area - all of them have a pole in the same spot. It appears to be a deliberate design choice.
Mini roundabout. Could increase traffic flow.
I sort of feel like a streeet with four houses in it shouldn't need traffic management solutions. But if you do then using a pole just means you are missing the opportunity for a small garden bed.
