med appts made for allergy tests and mammogram, these are urgent/important, both i'm worried about yet i know it's for the good

now for legal stuff appts

I'm making bread because i want to eat something delicious that isn't going to hurt me

this week I also started weighing myself 😬 got about another 15 kgs to lose. I will weigh in once a week
