no record of a cybertruck killing a billionaire

That's because they're not stupid enough to buy a deathtrap like that, and if a billionaire wants a vehicle that can traverse water they'll just use a submarine, preferably one made with a carbon fiber hull

Angela Chao. Angela Chao was murdered by Elon Musk. The Cybertruck which Angela Chao owned and operated killed her.

Angela Chao died in her cybertruck. Angela Chao died in her cybertruck. Angela Chao died in her cybertruck.

Do you need me to say it a few more times for it to pierce your thick skull?

I am honestly a little upset there is still somebody who thinks being a billionaire implies any minimum level of intelligence. And yes I know about the imploded submarine, but I have to assume you as serious when you don't annotate sarcasm.

EDIT: Went from 6,0 to 7,25 overnight, we got a bunch of Elon Musk simps with their alts in here or something?

You don't actually have to do that, you don't have to do that, you don't have to do that

Not liking Musk is all cool and fine, but throwing around wild fucking accusations like this is absolute insanity and you should seriously go outside to touch some grass

No, you're just like 12 different types of incorrect. She was in a Model X, and she died because she drunk drove her vehicle into a body of water. No one murdered her.

She died because firefighters were unable to break the windshield of the Tesla, because Teslas use nonstandard glass, among other mechanical failures.

You're making this up. She was already dead when first responders arrived.

Emergency workers arrived on the scene 24 minutes after receiving a 911 call, but “due to the terrain and accessibility,” the crew had to walk to the location of the pond before they could begin attempts to rescue Chao, according to the incident report from a Blanco County first responder.

“The two deputies who were in the water standing on the submerged vehicle requested tools to break the window of the vehicle to perform a possible rescue. One EMS crew member donned water rescue PPE and entered the water with a Hallagan tool. One Firefighter entered the water wearing proper water PPE relaying tools to attempt rescue, several tools were used to attempt access to the victim,” the report said.

    24 minutes after receiving a 911 call

Can you hold your breath for 24 minutes?

Nothing here says they couldn't get through the window. They're not special windows in this vehicle.

We don't know how long it took for the car to fill with water.

They used multiple tools to attempt access for a rescue. You don't generally attempt to rescue a corpse and you also generally don't need multiple tools if the first one worked.

I can't speak for everyone but my Downvote isn't because I'm defending Musk, it's because it appears you are sympathetic to someone who bought what Musk is selling.

Who the victims are doesn't change how I thing laws should be enforced.

Agreed, but calling it murder is a bit far. Murder has to have intent.

I’ll get on board with manslaughter.

Yes and causing the death of another human being is murder.

It must be so tiring existing in the world so stubbornly black and white.

I am by no means a musk fan, be he didn’t cause the death. At worst, and probably accurate, is his choices led to the inability for her to be rescued. I’d chalk up her drinking and driving as a more likely direct cause of her death.
