Boost. Apparently there's a setting I wasn't aware of.
It shows up fine for me, but the op linked the source directly. Adding it again here because some apps get weird with links in picture posts.

I'm using Boost and there's indeed a huge difference between this post and the source.
I'm using Boost too and just toggled higher resolution on comic. :| Worked well.
For some reason if I click the thumbnail it looks really bad. But if I go into the post and load it from there it is crystal clear
