The real news is that was a Trump's choice contractor that would do the job for $1.8 million but the cost got to around $13 million..
Oh come on, it's just $18 million. I mean, seriously, could you find someone to do it cheaper than $25 million?? If you ask me, $40 million is an absolute steal.
Contractor work is insanely costly. Just buy a bunch of paint lol
I mean they're spending a million per day to keep the national guard deployed in DC. Just have them paint it.
