Had to get it with my girlfriend a bit before I was comfortable co-owning with her and it's in a small town but it's worked out so far a bit under a year in. A little worried about what would happen if I lost my job but who doesn't worry about that kinda thing. I'm very fortunate, not many of my peers are so stable right now.
