I am down for Luigi-type things but I'm just starting to gear up w organizing irl so that'll prob be a while
In terms of games, it feels like every game wants you to be the vampire and not many want you to be the hunter, which is a shame
The problem with vampire hunting games is they typically involve other themes in addition to vampire hunting. But if you're cool with that, then The Witcher franchise might scratch the itch. I'm pretty sure the Blood and Wine expansion is vampire heavy.

Castlevania? There are a few in the series were you play as Alucard, but mostly you're human fighting vamps.
