That's actually most of the relationships my friends are in as well. The guys do most of the cooking. And honestly in this day where women have higher degrees and are getting better paying jobs, cooking is essentially the bare minimum for most guys to get a girlfriend.

I always thought it felt kinda good when I would cook a new dish for me and a partner/friends and they enjoyed it. It gave me a small warm fuzzy feeling, I would get pissed if I was not allowed to do that (both the cooking, as I like it, and the fuzzy, again because I like it).
