A community for comic lovers who just want to get away from politics and gloom and doom.

Posting guidelines:
- No political comics. This generally includes anything referencing whatever bullshit Trump is up to, but also includes the megacorps. Essentially if the comic is about how the world today sucks, it doesn't belong here.
- Where possible, tag the title with [comic name]. This refers to the name of the artist or overall comic, not the title of the specific strip.
- Tag NSFW / NSFL / AI content accordingly.

Beep doesn't provide credit and deliberately crops out signatures and similar.
They have actively fought people about it in the past.
I am aware but I at least expected a link in the post body, based on what I had caught from other posts.
Open the link in your browser. It will lead you to the source.

I don't know how the web version of lemmy works, but I'd imagine most versions work like Voyager and just open a linked image directly. There's no way to follow it to source.

As another commenter already said, it would lead you to this post, if you followed the link.
None of the Lemmy apps I have used besides the default Lemmy webui display the link (and even then I would, apparently even when clicking "view source", I had tried. Placing a link in the post body is more accessible.
Also following the image link which I did now find takes me to a page where I can't even see who posted it without switching to desktop view to view the associated post.
Overall a bad experience.
