This should be upvoted more. Stupid as it is, look at ETH’s price history.

TBH they probably got it stolen or did something stupid with contracts. Or leveraged it, or bought and sold a lot. Or gave it to some pyramid scheme. Who knows?

That’s the thing with Etherium. Its security basically relies on the user being a digital lawyer, and no one is coming to help if something goes wrong. Or even if you do everything right, and get hacked anyway.
