Have you ever had a meltdown because of age verification ? (lemmy.ml)

This is probably not the right place to write this but I'm not sure if it's just me so I thought I could ask

I'm not going over details on what I did recently because I don't feel confortable talking about it and it's way too vulgar but yeah I keep getting meltdowns just because of age verification. Also I have a tendency of cherrypicking every word from other videos like the ones from SomeOrdinaryGamers videos about the subject

Update : Right now I'm thinking of sending terrorist threats towards the United Kingdom because they invented age verification and I hate that I think this is the most effective way to put a stop to this

  1. Why are you assuming I'm not politically active? There is a good chance we live in different countries and are facing different threats. In my country, the courts have a history of enforcing our Constitution which states we have a right to privacy.
  2. Workarounds (your word btw) are solutions.
  3. If you feel so strongly about id verification at the hardware level you must have a plan. Care to share it with the class?
  4. Yes I have a cavalier attitude about hardware level and ISP level (something our Constitution wouldn't allow) ID verification. I put my energy into protecting against actual threats.
