Do guys that cat-call women actually think that women like that stuff or is it that they are like bullies who take pleasure on heckling people to annoy them like in middle and high school? (lemmy.ml)

I do think that they think it's a compliment. I guess they don't have any women in their lives to smack some sense into them.
