Do guys that cat-call women actually think that women like that stuff or is it that they are like bullies who take pleasure on heckling people to annoy them like in middle and high school? (lemmy.ml)

As a man I can't say much, but I have never seen it done. There might be some geographical differences.

    True, but in my 40+ years I'd expect to be a bystander at least once.
